As an administrator of the party, being innovative and foreseeing challenges and danger in the action and inaction of your decision and the party’s decision is what will make you exceptional. You must understand that you cannot keep on doing the same thing and expect different results. If what we are witnessing is what some people refer to as wisdom and experience then as a party we are in big trouble.
This is what an innovative administrator will do.
1. Picking of forms should be free and must be made available both electronically and manually at all the constituency, regional, and national party offices.
2. Anyone can pick the forms at any of the party offices, even including NDC members.
3. Payment for the forms should be at the vetting stage.
4. The critical point will be at the Vetting stage, where fairness, tolerance, and consensus building will be key. At this stage, there could be several potential dangers and violence erupting at various constituencies. As administrators, you should be able to identify all these hot spots and provide the needed assistance.
We have just started with the polling station and if the party doesn’t change the current approach, the same issues will arise at the electoral, constituency, Regional and National elections.
