Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, a Member of Parliament, has praised Ghana’s President, Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo, for saving the country GHS3.3 million on his trip to the Dubai Expo.
Akufo Addo has faced harsh criticism for his choice of flight whenever he left the country for a meeting, which has cost the country millions of cedis.
Okudzeto Ablakwa, a long-time critic of the President’s habit of flying around in expensive luxury private jets, had no choice but to praise the President for saving the country Ghc3.3 million.
President Akufo-Addo, who has faced harsh criticism in the past, has become a listening president after flying outside of Africa on a regular flight rather than his preferred private jet.
President Nana Addo Danquah Akufo-Addo traveled on a commercial Emirate flight, earning him praise from Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, who stated that he saved the country GHS3.3 million that would’ve been used to hire a luxury private jet.
