According to RIA news agency, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu indicated on Wednesday that the Russian military will view NATO transport vehicles bringing weapons in Ukraine as targets to be destroyed.
President Vladimir Putin ordered that the Ukrainian fighters holed up in the sprawling Azovstal plant in Mariupol be hermetically sealed off, according to Shoigu.
