Dr. Julius Kattah, an expert in economics and international relations, has described Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia as a disappointment.
He claimed that despite being frequently lauded as an economic saviour, Dr. Bawumia had failed to live up to the lofty reputation that had been associated to him.
Dr. Kattah believed that the Vice President, in his function as chairman of the Economic Management Team, had failed to put his presumably capable talents to work in assisting in the shaping of the nation’s economic challenges.
We are in the midst of a catastrophic economic crisis, according to him, yet he has nothing to show for it as a competent person. As a result, “the appointment of Dr. Bawumia is not an option that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) must pursue.” He isn’t the type of person who thinks in absolutes. He lacks the ability to make difficult decisions, and I believe Trades Minister Alan Kyeremanten would fare better than Dr. Bawumia.
“As head of the economic management team, Dr. Bawumia has failed,” he continued.
Nonetheless, I only wanted to express my point of view. Others may argue that he is qualified for the presidency because he currently serves as Vice President. On the other hand, I have to admit that I am opposed to it.”
