In a colorful wedding, Nigerian international Paul Onuachu married his Ghanaian fiancée Tracy Acheampong.
Last week, the Belgian striker, who plays for Genk, traveled to Ghana to complete traditional marital ceremonies.
Onuachu and his partner married in the traditional way on May 28, 2022, which also happened to be the striker’s birthday.
Tracy is claimed to have met the Nigerian footballer in Amsterdam, where she works as a nurse.
They fell in love and started dating after that. When Onuachu proposed to Tracy in January, he made it clear that he intended to marry her.
Since signing to Genk in 2019, Onuachu has been one of the top players in the Belgian Jupiler League.
The 28-year-old had a productive season in the just-completed 2021-2022 season, scoring 23 goals across all competitions.
