The only manager to have captured each of the three eligible European trophies is Mourinho. He won the first one in 2004 with Porto and the most recent one this year in the Conference League with AS Roma.

When he guided the Italian team to the first-ever UEFA Conference League, Mourinho—who is currently in charge of AS Roma—became the first manager to win all three of the available European championships.
The 59-year-old former manager of Chelsea, Real Madrid, and Manchester United reminisced about an event from his time at Stamford Bridge. Mourinho received a two-game suspension from UEFA for accusing then-Barcelona manager Frank Rijkaard of going to the referee’s room during a 2005 round-of-16 match between Chelsea and the La Liga heavyweights.
