The Actors Guild of Nigeria has called on law enforcement agents to apprehend George Wade, the former fiancé of actress, Empress Njamah, for leaking her nudes.
Recall that last year, Wade created a Whatsapp group and started leaking the nudes of Ms Njamah, his ex-lover.
In a statement signed and released by its Director of Communications, Kate Henshaw, the guild said that it was standing with Njamah.
Part of the statement reads;
“The National President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria, AGN, Ejezie Emeka Rollas,MON, vehemently condemns the release of private videos of our member, Empress Njamah on social media.
This act of blackmail calculated to smear the image and publicly ridicule her by a man who claimed to be her lover is not only criminal but also evil and unacceptable.
Actors Guild of Nigeria stands with Empress Njamah on this and shall provide full support in areas of counselling to help her recover from the psychological and emotional trauma she is currently passing through.
We call on the law enforcement agents to apprehend the culprit and ensure he faces the full wrath of the law for violating the right and dignity of Empress Njamah.”

This man who claimed to be her lover committed a criminal act of extortion meant to ruin her reputation and make her the target of public mockery.
The Actors Guild of Nigeria supports Empress Njamah in this and would give her all the counseling assistance she needs to get over the psychological and emotional pain she is presently experiencing.
We urge the law enforcement officials to find the offender and make sure he is held fully accountable for disrespecting Empress Njamah’s rights and dignity.
