In the Apac District of Uganda, a man’s broken heart resulted from discovering his pregnant wife having sex with a 24-year-old man.
The wife, who was heavily pregnant and sick with malaria, had reportedly been in the hospital for five days when her husband stepped in and caught her with her pants down.
Their good fortune ran out when the woman’s husband, Mr. Alex Okuta, decided to check on his wife and caught them in the act. The woman’s ‘boyfriend’ reportedly entered the female department of the Apac Hospital, and they were enjoying an intimate session.
On January 12, 2023, Mr. David Wills Ndaula, the police commander for the Apac District, confirmed the event and claimed the man who was found with Okuta’s wife was charged with causing a public disturbance.
The police have started their inquiry, Ndaula informed the Daily Monitor.
He stated, ““We have preferred charges of causing public nuisance against the suspect, but we are still investigating and will update you at an appropriate time.
The administrator of Apac Hospital, Mr. Joseph Onuk, however, criticized the husband for abandoning his pregnant wife at the hospital for days without visiting her. He stated that the incident could have been averted.
“I hold this woman’s husband accountable. How is it possible to send your wife to the hospital and then wait so long before visiting her? Some males frequently claim to be extremely busy. Your wife will be taken away by someone who isn’t busy, he warned.
The woman’s husband, an Abwal Village resident in the Chegere Sub-county of the Apac District, acknowledged that his unwell wife had cheated on him.
He described finding the man in bed with his pregnant wife after paying a surprise visit to the hospital to see how his wife was doing.
