Raheem Sterling, a second Chelsea star, is apparently on the radar of Real Madrid manager Carlo Ancelotti.
Recall that last summer, Ancelotti acquired Chelsea’s Antonio Rudiger.
Fichajes claims that Ancelotti wants to transfer Sterling to the Santiago Bernabeu in order to strengthen the right side of his attacking front line.
This occurs less than two days after Real Madrid’s disappointing 3-1 loss to Barcelona in the Superclasico on Sunday in Riyadh.
The team has had a difficult start to the season, and Real Madrid’s most recent loss to Barcelona has now caused concern.
Since returning to play at the end of December, Ancelotti’s team has generally been ineffective.
They are now three points adrift of league leader Barcelona in second place in La Liga.
