Prior to Man United’s Carabao Cup semi-final second-leg match against Nottingham Forest at Old Trafford on Wednesday night, Ten Hag made this statement during his pre-match press conference.
Following a terrible challenge from Reading’s Andy Carroll during Man United’s FA Cup fourth-round victory, Eriksen recently left Old Trafford on crutches.
The former Tottenham Hotspur and Inter Milan star’s serious injury, which is expected to keep him out until the end of April this year, was revealed by Man United on Tuesday.
