Nollywood actress Yetunde Bakare stated that pursuing money over love makes more sense for individuals.
She argued that it would be better for everyone, in the long run, to sacrifice true love in order to attain financial security.
Yetunde stated on her Instagram page that it is preferable to be wealthy when one experiences heartbreak because one may then sob while full.
She believed that it was preferable to be wealthy and unhappy than to be poor and distraught at the same time.
She wrote;
“Sometimes leave true Love and Chase MONEY … It’s better to cry on a filled stomach than empty stomach don’t be broke and heartbroken.”
