Tonto Dikeh, a well-known Nollywood actress who is also a politician, has at last revealed why she switched from the African Democratic Congress, ADC, to the ruling All Progressive Congress, APC.
There are rumors that Tonto Dikeh was formally welcomed into the APC on Monday in the party’s national secretariat in Abuja by National Women Leader Dr. Mary Alile.
Tonto, who was the ADC’s running mate for governor of Rivers State in the 2023 election, explained her choice to join the APC by saying she is confident that Nigeria will develop under President Bola Tinubu’s leadership.
