Temilade Openiyi, better known by her stage as Tems, is a Nigerian singer and alternative R&B and Afrobeats artist who is incredibly attractive and voluptuous.
Her luscious form and sheer amount of sexiness could light up a room without her having to move or blink an eye.
However, the Grammy Award winner shocked everyone when she revealed in a recent interview that she dislikes being tempted by others, sharing the information on one of her backup pages.
It’s not hard to figure out why the husky-voiced singer says she has a strong influence on the other sex. The story was presented in a recent stage performance video in which she was seen rotating her behind and waist and the crowd reacted with rapture.
Hear her, “As crazy as it sounds, I used to not always like my body. I just didn’t understand a lot of things. I was going to a lot of studios alone, meeting people I have never met. Meeting people I never knew and who didn’t know me. I wanted to help a lot of people, I wanted to produce, produce for people I could help. “Because of my objective, I just wanted to make music. I don’t really care about politics, I just want to learn, I want to be here to learn. “And if my being attractive is disturbing me from achieving my goal, I’m going to .. help you. So, when I go to the studio I wear baggy clothes.
I’m in my alpha mode because I want you not to be seduced by me. I’m not going to be like.. oh it’s your choice. Fine, it’s your choice if you want to be seduced or not, but when I’m at work I don’t want to be the one dishing it out. The way I pull up they can tell she’s just here to work and we work.”
While working in the studio, Tems has managed to conceal her provocative body successfully; nevertheless, her onstage persona is a different story. Like Ayra Starr and Tiwa Savage, she doesn’t back down on stage.
During the interview session, Tems also said she knows that Nigerians don’t really understand her music, saying, “I don’t think Nigerians understand my kind of music but I feel appreciated as a person by Nigerians.”
