Chioma Akpotha, an actress, claims she has not revealed her age to the general public because she does not believe it is necessary.
“I don’t like talking about my personal life,” she said in an interview with Saturday Beats. My age is unknown to the general public, and I have no intention of disclosing it because I see no reason to. Contrary to popular belief, I do not have two sons; instead, I have a boy and a girl. Although it has been difficult to raise them, I have managed to do so, sometimes with the assistance of my siblings when I am unable to be with them. God has been good to me, and I’ve been able to manage my life over the years.
By being myself, I’ve managed to avoid becoming embroiled in scandals. I don’t make an effort to do anything special. Being a celebrity has no bearing on my outlook on life. Regardless of my celebrity status, I have always viewed life in the same way.”
Akpotha also stated that she no longer invests time in projects that do not meet her expectations. “My birthday was March 12th, and I thank God for bringing me this far,” she said. I’m glad to be in the company of my loved ones. Apart from the fact that I no longer stress myself over issues, there is nothing I am doing differently today than I was 15 years ago.
If something isn’t working, I’d rather let it go than try to fix it, because what will be will be. There comes a point in life when you just want to move on if things don’t go as planned. I used to try everything I could to make things happen or get someone to help me out ten or fifteen years ago. I don’t do that any longer, even though things are tough in the country. The main thing that has changed as I’ve gotten older is that I’ve grown closer to God. It wasn’t a conscious choice, but rather something that developed over time.”
