Dapo Abiodun, the Governor of Ogun State, announced his desire to seek for re-election on Thursday.
In a statement, the Governor announced that he and his Deputy, Noimot Oyedele, would run for re-election.
“Today, I publicly stated my decision to seek for re-election, and I also announced that I will be running with my deputy, Noimot Salako Oyedele,” he said.
The declaration was made by Abiodun while the ‘DA Mandate Group’ was presenting him with the nomination form.
“The DA Mandate Group, led by Apagun Biyi Adeleye, gathered cash to purchase Expression of Interest and Nomination forms for my second term run,” he stated.
