Erling Haaland of Manchester City made history on Sunday by scoring a hat-trick in his team’s 6-3 victory over Manchester United in the Premier League.
At the Etihad Stadium, Man City overcame Manchester United courtesy to three goals each from Haaland and Phil Foden.
In the matchup with Pep Guardiola’s team, Antony and Anthony Martial scored goals for Erik ten Hag’s team.
Haaland, a Norwegian international, has now become the first player in Premier League history to score a hat-trick in three straight home games thanks to his goals against Manchester United.
The 22-year-old had previously scored hat tricks against Crystal Palace, Nottingham Forest, and now Man United.
When Manchester City hosts Copenhagen in the Champions League on Wednesday, Haaland will now look to build on his great performance for Man City.
