Kylian Mbappe, a forward for Paris Saint-Germain, has asked to leave the team and is hoping to sign with Real Madrid during the January transfer window.
Only in May did the 23-year-old agree to a new, three-year contract with the Ligue 1 champions.
Mbappe reportedly “feels deceived” by PSG’s hierarchy, though.
The player is dissatisfied since a number of promises made to entice him to sign a new contract, such as new signings in the summer window and his own position in the club, have not been fulfilled.
According to Marca, PSG had allowed Mbappe to leave in July. However, the French club was clear that he would not be transferred to Real Madrid, which is where he would love to go.
However, PSG would be open to selling Mbappe to Liverpool, who have previously been unsuccessful in their pursuit of the striker.
