Ahead of Wednesday’s Premier League match, Tottenham Hotspur boss Antonio Conte has been praised by Manchester United manager Erik ten Hag.
During their management careers, neither coach has ever faced the other.
Ten Hag “performed extremely well with Ajax, for sure,” Conte stated during the pregame press conference.
He accepted a fantastic position with United. He’s attempting to implement his plan on the field against one of the top teams in the world in United.
Ten Hag acknowledged the praises when he spoke to the media on Tuesday.
“He’s a fantastic manager, taking home championships and prizes in the Premier League and Italy, and you can truly see his team’s performance bearing his stamp during the game.
Ten Hag said, “That’s a big praise, I suppose.”
