Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has issued a warning to his old team Arsenal ahead of their Saturday Premier League match.
When Aubameyang faces his former team on Sunday, he promised it won’t be “personal.”
The former Borussia Dortmund striker played 163 games for the Gunners, scoring 92 goals in that span. He left the club in January of this year by mutual consent.
Following a confrontation with manager Mikel Arteta, who kicked Aubameyang out of the first team, Aubameyang left the Emirates.
Before returning to London and joining Chelsea, he spent six months at Barcelona.
“Arsenal, nothing personal. I’m back, I’m blue, I’m ready.’ Aubameyang warned in a video on BT Sport.
Chelsea suffered a humiliating 4-1 loss in their opening game under Potter last Saturday.
However, on Wednesday night at Stamford Bridge in the Champions League, they rebounded with a gritty 2-1 victory over Dinamo Zagreb, with Aubameyang starting in a strong XI.
