A young mother of five who supposedly died as a result of her husband beating her over a loaf of bread.
The deceased, named Ogochukwu Anene, was from Umuokpu village in Awka, Anambra State. She was married to Mr. Ndubisi Wilson Uwadiegwu from Enugu state, and they had four kids and a girl together.
However, it was claimed that domestic violence was a problem in the union.
She reportedly requested her husband to buy bread for the family on the tragic day Ogochukwu died, but he reportedly replied he had no money.
She then bought bread for the household with her cash. Ndubuisi allegedly went into the kitchen after that to devour the whole loaf.
He is accused of beating her up with his fists and a mirror after she challenged him about finishing the bread without saving any for their children.
She passed out while being beaten and passed away a few hours later.
The husband is apparently going to bury her without properly telling her family while being at large when she passes away.

Her passing has caused uproar, and many of her friends have rushed to Facebook to call for the deceased’s justice.
