Rudeboy, a member of the Psquare music group, has questioned why higher institutions are still in session when the Permanent Voters Card, or PVC, collection is still going on.
The musician said in a tweet on his verified account that during the protracted strike by the Academic Staff Union of Universities, or ASUU, the majority of students registered for the PVC in their various states.
He questioned why they were still being kept in school after the PVC collection deadline expires in ten days.
“Of the 74 million young people eligible to vote, 26 million are students who have returned to their studies, and the majority of them registered to vote during the ASUU strike.
“It’s 10 days remaining for collection, @inecnigeria why are students still in school now?” He asked.
