Atiku Abubakar, the Peoples Democratic Party’s (PDP) presidential candidate, has stated that he will meet with Rabiu Kwankwaso, the NNPP candidate, and Peter Obi, the LP candidate, to discuss how they might support him in the upcoming election.
This information was revealed by Atiku in an interview with BBC Hausa on Tuesday.
In response to inquiries in Hausa, Atiku bragged that neither Obi nor Kwankwaso pose a threat to his prospects of winning the election on February 25.
Despite the fact that Obi and Kwankwaso pose no threat to me, we are now in negotiations.
“The conversation might produce a fruitful outcome that will anticipate one of them,”
Atiku also spoke about the ongoing PDP crisis.
Every party has its own internal issue, and theirs would be handled shortly, he claimed.
“Each party is currently in the midst of an internal crisis. Since we are now satisfied with our election preparations, that will undoubtedly not cause us to lose the election, he said.
