Pep Guardiola, the manager of Manchester City, has acknowledged that Erling Haaland might not suit up for their upcoming Premier League match at Arsenal.
In the second half of their Sunday 3-1 victory over Aston Villa, Haaland was substituted.
Guardiola was questioned about the Norwegian attacker following the game.
“He was uncomfortable and couldn’t continue,” he said.
When asked if Haaland would be fit for their top-of-the-table clash against Mikel Arteta’s men, Guardiola replied:
“We will see how he is.
“We will assess him and if he’s not fit, we will play someone else.”
