Ivy Ifeoma, a Nigerian model and brand influencer, confronted her partner, the singer Paul Okoye, after he said that a man only values respect over love.
The 41-year-old, who just made his relationship with his 22-year-old lover public, said on his Instagram page in February that sometimes a man only wants to be respected instead of loved by his spouse.
According to him, respect is the only thing that matters to men because they are not always concerned with love.
Ivy, Paul’s lover, was offended by this claim, and she just responded on her Instagram stories.
She cited her lover and questioned what distinguished a man’s partner from any other individual if all that was important to him was respect.
She continued by reminding males that respect must be earned and not demanded as if their lives depended on it. She advised them to quit acting like dogs and respect their partners as well.
