Nigerian musician 1Da Banton has disclosed that he wrote the song “No Competition,” featuring Asake, for his colleague Davido.
1.Da Banton also revealed that he was the producer of Davido’s song “Na Money,” which featured The Cavemen and Angelique Kidjo.
The “No Wahala” crooner was featured in the most recent Afrobeats Podcast edition, which is hosted by Adesope.
“I wrote ‘No Competition’ featuring Asake and produced Davido’s ‘Na Money’ with Cavemen,” he continued.
1.Da Banton claimed that while he was dating his sister, he was motivated to pursue music by well-known singer and skit creator Nasboi.
He said, “Nasboi, the ex-boyfriend of my older sister, inspired me to make music.”
