The management of media celebrity Chinudu Ani Emmanuel, often known as Nedu, has responded to the outburst made by actress Yvonne Jegede on the OAP and the podcast “The Honest Bunch.”
Jegede recently criticized Nedu for reportedly undermining her apology to Yul Edochie’s first wife after she supported her husband’s second marriage while co-hosting the podcast “The Honest Bunch.”
In an Instagram post on Thursday, Jegede attacked Nedu, calling him a “toxic and narcissistic” man who is said to despise women.
Nedu’s management responded, urging Jegede to stop “defaming” the media personality in an Instagram statement that the actor posted. They emphasized that Jegede wasn’t under any duress to make any remarks on the show.
Part of the statement said, “We would like to clarify that Yvonne Jegede was not coerced into making any statements on the podcast, and that Nedu, the producers of The Honest Bunch, and Glitch Africa Studio assume no liability for the opinions and views that Yvonne Jegede has expressed on her own.”
Additionally, we want to make it very apparent that Yvonne Jegede’s appearance on The Honest Bunch was a promotional stunt for her next film. Despite the fact that this was a paid engagement, Yvonne Jegede is not in any way authorized to disparage or tarnish Nedu or the Honest Bunch’s creators.
