Zlatan Ibrahimovic, a legend of Paris Saint-Germain, has made it obvious to striker Kylian Mbappe that no club is larger than him.
The Swedish striker further asserted that Mbappe had elevated himself above PSG in importance.
Mbappe declined the chance to sign with Real Madrid and instead agreed to a three-year deal with PSG in May 2022.
The France international has played well for PSG so far this season, but there have been rumors that he is dissatisfied in Paris.
Mbappe allegedly felt betrayed by the team in October and was looking to make a surprising departure in January.
Ibrahimovic has since spoken his view regarding the predicament the 2018 World Cup winner at PSG is in.
According to Ibrahimovic (via CANAL+ Foot), “Mbappe has positioned himself in a situation where he is more important than the club.”
However, you will never be larger than a club.
